Client Success Story · Event Production
A complete outdoor production package for a large-scale live event — over 100m² of LED, full lighting, professional audio, staging, structures, power and the crew to build, run and take it all away again.
One supplier for the whole technical package, from the first planning meeting to the last truck leaving site.
The production
What a package of this size actually involves.
Square metres of LED
Disciplines, one supplier
Stages we run end to end
Territories we work across
Over 100m² of LED
An outdoor event only works if the people at the back are watching the same show as the people at the front.
A crowd spread across an open square is not one audience. It is a near audience that can see the stage, and a far audience that can hear it and not much else. Everything about an LED design at this scale is aimed at closing that gap — how big the main screen is, where the additional screens sit, and how far back the last usable sightline actually falls.
The installation was designed so that audiences throughout the venue had a clear view of the show and the event content, not just those in front of the stage. Additional LED across the site carried the same feed to the parts of the square the main screen could not reach.
The package
Coordinated from the planning stage rather than assembled from separate contracts on the day.
Over 100m² of outdoor LED — large-format main stage screen plus additional screens across the site, with video processing and signal distribution behind them.
Professional PA and audio systems designed for an open outdoor site rather than scaled up from a room.
Full event lighting production, lit for the crowd, the stage and the camera at the same time.
Staging, trussing, production infrastructure and power distribution — the parts nobody photographs and everything depends on.
Built for live events
Large outdoor productions are won and lost on the sequence, not the inventory.
From the first planning stage. LED, audio, lighting, power, structures, crew and logistics coordinated together so each element works with the others rather than around them.
Before anything moves. Kit prepared, tested and loaded in the order it will be needed on site, which is what makes a tight build achievable.
Load order is production planning. What comes off first is what goes up first; get that wrong and the whole build queues behind a lorry.
Worked out in advance. Access, unloading and the order of the build agreed so substantial productions fit inside tight event schedules.
Install, operation and breakdown. The same team through the whole job, so nobody arrives at nine on the night not knowing where anything is.
Through to the final truck leaving. Derig planned as carefully as the build, because the venue has to be handed back.

Live at the Square is one example of a package we deliver regularly at this scale. What travels is not just the equipment but the method — the planning, the load order, the build sequence and the crew who have done it before.
That is what makes it possible to take on a substantial production in a venue we have not worked in and still be tested and ready before doors open.
“A short line from the organisers about the production.”

Same crew, different fields.
Send us the site, the date and roughly how many people you expect. You will get a screen size, a system list and an honest answer about what the build actually takes — not a one-line quote for ‘LED’.
