One team. Most events in Ireland are assembled from three or four suppliers who have never met, and the joins are where things go wrong. If you are drawing a site plan, applying for a licence or working out whether you need a generator, the numbers should be on the website — not behind a phone call. The paperwork is what stops the booking — and no screen hire company in Ireland publishes any of it. We send the whole pack with the quote, before you ask. ### Insurance, named to your event €6.5m public liability and €13m employers’ liability certificates, issued naming your event and venue. ### RAMS written for your site Not a template. A risk assessment and method statement for your ground, your access and your crowd, ready for the licence application. ### Wind loading and ballast Calculated for the screen, the structure and the exposure at your venue, with structural certification for flown and ground-support builds. That is the card that sells this page. --- ## Questions ## Asked before every booking Do you publish prices? No — a day rate that covers a trailer in a town square and a flown wall in a marquee is wrong for both. What we do publish is the full screen spec, and exactly what sits inside a quote and what sits outside it. You get a fixed number inside one working day, without chasing us. How far in advance should I book? For June to August — festival and show season — six to eight weeks, because the trailers book out. Outside that a fortnight is usually enough, and we take short-notice jobs whenever the fleet allows. Holding a date costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Can you cover Northern Ireland? Yes. We are in Dundalk, twenty minutes from the border, and we work both sides of it routinely. We quote in euro or sterling, whichever suits your committee. Do you do the whole event, or just the screen? Either. Plenty of people book a screen alone and bring their own production. But screen, stage, PA and lighting from one crew is where we are genuinely different — one site visit, one method statement, one invoice. What happens if the weather turns? Rain does not stop an outdoor screen; the panels are IP65 front and back. Wind does. Every rig has a stated wind limit for your site and the screen lowers if it is passed.
