Most Irish suppliers do screens or staging or audio, then subcontract the rest and add a margin. We own all four, so there is one site visit, one method statement, one insurance certificate and one number to ring at 6am on the morning of the event.
Built in our own workshop in Dundalk. Towed in, levelled, raised and playing inside an hour. 12m², 18m² and 24m² screens with onboard power and rotation.
Modular panels built to any size from 2m² to 60m². Indoor fine pitch from 2.6mm, outdoor IP65 from 3.9mm. Ground stack, flown from truss, or wall mounted.

Every screen ships with Novastar processing, spare panels on the truck, all data and power cabling to your source, and a redundancy plan. We carry backup panels on every job — a dead tile does not end your event.
The honest rule: the furthest person watching should be no more than roughly six times the screen height away, and no closer than three times the pixel pitch in metres. Below that, text stops being readable and you have paid for a screen nobody at the back can use.
If you are not sure, tell us the audience number and the venue and we will size it for you. We would rather send the right screen than the biggest one.

A trailer in a town square and a flown wall in a marquee are not the same job, and a day rate that covers both is a day rate that is wrong for both. So we price each event properly — and we tell you exactly what is in the number, what sits outside it, and what moves it. Nobody chases us for a quote.

Festival season runs June to August and the trailers book out. If your date is in that window, get it held early — holding a date costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.
Some of these nobody else in the country is even mentioning — agricultural shows, St Patrick’s Day parades, Christmas switch-ons, homecomings. They are half our calendar.

Community groups, GAA clubs raising funds, councils and companies running a family day all want the same thing and nobody in Ireland sells it as one package. So we do.
You get the screen, the FM transmitter so people listen through the car radio, the car-park layout drawing, the power, and a plain-English guide to getting the film licence. You sell the tickets and keep the money.
If you are a council, a festival committee, a GAA county board or a school, the screen is the easy part. The part that stops the booking is the paperwork — and no screen hire company in Ireland publishes any of it.
We send the whole pack with the quote, before you ask, because the licence application is usually the thing on your critical path.

Every outdoor supplier in the country avoids this question. Here is our answer before you have to ask it.
Trailers are ballasted and rated to a stated wind speed for your site. If sustained wind passes that figure, the screen lowers. The decision belongs to our crew chief, not to the schedule.
Outdoor panels are IP65 rated front and back. Rain is a comfort problem for your audience, not a technical one for us. Standing water on the site is a different matter and we will flag it at the site visit.
Cancel more than 14 days out and the deposit moves to another date within twelve months. Inside 14 days we will still move it where the fleet allows. Written into the booking, not decided afterwards.
We are in Dundalk, twenty minutes from the border. That is not a marketing line — it means a Belfast job and a Dublin job are both an hour away, and we quote in euro or sterling without making it your problem.
Travel is banded by zone and shown as its own line on the quote, so nothing arrives as a surprise at invoice stage.
