Talk to an Expert
Most Irish suppliers buy their trailers in. We build ours — chassis, frame, panels and control — in the unit on Coes Road. That is why we can tell you the tow weight, the ground footprint and the rig time without ringing anyone, and why a fault on site gets fixed rather than reported.
The first is time. A ground-support build needs three to six hours, a crew of three to five and a level working area you have to keep clear all morning. A trailer reverses in, levels on its own legs and is playing before the ground staff have finished marking the pitch.
The second is power. Most fields, town squares and car parks have nothing usable. Our trailers carry their own supply, so the screen is not waiting on a generator hire, a fuel run or a cable route across a public footpath.
What you give up is size. Above 24m² a trailer stops being the right answer and a ground-support build takes over — we will tell you which one your event needs rather than which one is easier for us.
Everything below travels on the unit. Nothing is a chargeable extra dressed up as a feature.
Generator and distribution built into the trailer, so a field with no supply is not a problem. Mains hook-up where the site has it.
The screen lifts clear of the crowd, drops for transport and rotates on the trailer to face wherever the audience ends up standing.
Industry-standard control and scaling, with your source connected by HDMI or SDI and tested before doors.
Replacement tiles and a spare player travel with every job. A dead module is a five-minute swap, not the end of your event.
If you are drawing a site plan, applying for an event licence or working out whether the gate is wide enough, these are the figures you need. No other Irish supplier publishes them.
| Trailer | Screen area | Screen size | Pixel pitch | Brightness | Power | Ground needed | Rig time | Crew |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trailer 12 | 12 m² | 4.5m × 2.7m | P4.8 outdoor | 5,500 nits | 32A single phase or onboard | 8m × 5m + tow access | 45 min | 2 |
| Trailer 18 | 18 m² | 5.8m × 3.2m | P4.8 outdoor | 5,500 nits | 32A single phase or onboard | 10m × 6m + tow access | 60 min | 2 |
| Trailer 24 | 24 m² | 6.7m × 3.6m | P3.9 outdoor | 5,500 nits | 63A single phase or onboard | 12m × 7m + tow access | 90 min | 3 |
The workshop that builds the trailers is the same building the support line rings in. There is no distributor in the middle, no lead time on a part from abroad, and nobody telling you it is somebody else’s fault.
It also means we can build to a brief. Clubs and councils have asked for sponsor panels, different mounting heights and specific wrap finishes, and those are a workshop conversation rather than a no.
Most trailer bookings are settled in a phone call and an email. The site visit only happens where the ground or the access needs looking at.
Audience size and whether there is power on site gets us most of the way to a number.
Within one working day, with the insurance certificate, RAMS and wind loading attached.
We confirm the gate width, the turning circle and the ground condition — by photo or in person.
Send artwork at the screen’s native resolution, or our studio builds it.
Our driver, our technician, our insurance. One number for the whole day.
Councils, festival licensing officers, county boards and school boards all ask for the same documents before anything goes on the ground. We send them with the quote rather than waiting to be asked, because the licence application is usually the thing holding your date up.
| Document | When you get it |
|---|---|
| €6.5m public liability, named to your event | With the quote |
| €13m employers’ liability | With the quote |
| RAMS written for your site | On booking |
| Wind loading and ballast calculation | On booking |
| Structural certification for flown builds | On booking |
| Crew certification and tax clearance | On request |

Date, venue and rough audience size is enough for a real number. If you know whether there is power on site, say so — it is the one thing that changes the answer most.
In a hurry? Ring 042 935 9400 and ask for the events desk.
Send us both and you will have a price, a spec and the paperwork inside a working day. Holding a date costs you nothing.
